Nicola Klimkowski – Director
Nicola is originally from Swindon in Wiltshire. She established herself in the North West whilst she studied Law at The University of Liverpool and then proceeded onto Chester School of Law. Nicola qualified and practised in the area of personal injury. During this time she was offered to relocate to Gibraltar, where she worked as an underwriter for an ATE insurer and lived at the foot of The Rock overlooking the Straits of Gibraltar.
She left the sunny climate and returned to the UK in the role of underwriter and business development manager. Nicola has extensive knowledge of the industry that she can use to develop and grow Tri Star Legal along with her co directors.
Duncan Gibbins – Director
Duncan is a practising solicitor. Having completed his law degree and legal practice course he has specialised in personal injury and general civil litigation since qualification in 2000. Working in this area of the law has meant that he is always using either before the event or after the event insurance. Priding himself on his client care he identified an opportunity to offer those services to other solicitors and clients.
Matthew Dean – Director
Matthew is a practising solicitor having studied law at university. He qualified in 2000 following his successful completion of the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Chester. His chosen field of specialism is in personal injury and general civil litigation where he has acted for numerous clients over the years and has gained extensive first hand knowledge of both Before the Event and After the Event insurance products.
He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Jon Rutland – Director
Jon made his way into the Legal Services industry around ten years ago after originally training to be a teacher at John Moores University in Liverpool where he completed his degree in Childhood Studies. He is now well established within the Legal Services Industry and was previously the National Sales Manager for the largest medico-legal agency in the UK.
Jon has an extensive knowledge of the ATE market place and especially with regard to the PI sector where he is very well connected and has a detailed understanding of what solicitors want from their ATE product. Priding himself on client care his goal is to grow Tri Star Legal, along with his fellow directors, on reputation and service.
